Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as a brand ambassador by delivering an exceptional, personalized luxury client experience that reflects Church’s values and client journey standards.
  • Maximise individual and team sales by proactively identifying opportunities, cross‑selling across departments and achieving assigned KPIs and targets.
  • Capture and maintain accurate client records in the company CRM to nurture relationships, support repeat business and enable personalised outreach.
  • Operate with an omnichannel mindset, coordinating in‑store activity with online and CRM‑driven initiatives to optimise conversion and client lifetime value.
  • Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and shop floor presentation in line with company operational guidelines and stock procedures.

Qualifications

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Solid product knowledge of footwear and accessories, or willingness to develop category expertise quickly.
