Role & Responsibilities

  • Create a welcoming environment and provide exceptional customer service, adhering to the 'client journey ceremony'.
  • Capture and maintain customer data in the CRM to foster personalized relationships and future opportunities.
  • Embrace and promote an Omni Channel approach.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues to ensure a consistent and exceptional customer experience, supporting diversity and inclusion.
  • Engage in cross-selling across departments to maximize sales opportunities and achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
  • Stay informed about fashion trends and competitors.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive brand and product knowledge.
  • Address customer complaints effectively, liaising with the line manager when necessary.
  • Maintain high standards of shop floor and visual display, following company operational guidelines and stock procedures.
  • Contribute to store security and prevent product thefts.

Skills

Passion for selling and retail environments Interest in luxury fashion, art, and design Experience in building long-lasting client relationships Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ambition, resilience, and a results-driven mindset Problem-solving abilities Fluency in French and English

Experience

Experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-focused environment is preferred.
