Church's Client Advisor role in London – luxury footwear sales, brand representation, and customer relationship management at flagship Brompton Road store.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Place the customer at the center by creating a welcoming environment and delivering excellence service in accordance with the client journey ceremony
  • Capture customer data into the Company CRM to develop personalized relationships and future sales opportunities
  • Welcome and serve customers whilst providing an excellent in-store experience at all times
  • Engage proactively in cross-selling across all departments to maximize sales opportunity and achieve individual sales targets and KPIs
  • Maintain comprehensive brand and product knowledge with current awareness of fashion trends and competitors
  • Address customer complaints effectively, liaising with the line manager when necessary
  • Maintain shop floor and visual display standards in compliance with Company operational guidelines and stock procedures
  • Contribute to security measures and loss prevention
  • Embrace and promote the Omni Channel mindset
  • Work collaboratively as a team player, fostering open communication and a positive working environment
