Client Advisor position at Church's New Bond Street flagship store in London. Luxury retail role selling heritage footwear collections.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Position the client at the center of all interactions, creating a welcoming environment and delivering excellence service aligned with the client journey ceremony
  • Capture and maintain client data within the company CRM to develop personalized relationships and identify future sales opportunities
  • Embrace and promote the omnichannel mindset across all customer touchpoints
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure consistent exceptional service and foster a positive, inclusive working environment
  • Welcome and serve customers with professionalism, providing an outstanding in-store experience at all times
  • Execute proactive cross-selling across departments to maximize sales opportunities and achieve individual sales targets and KPIs
  • Maintain current awareness of fashion trends and competitive landscape within the luxury footwear sector
  • Demonstrate comprehensive brand and product knowledge throughout all customer interactions
  • Address customer complaints professionally, escalating to the line manager when necessary
  • Maintain visual display standards and shop floor presentation in compliance with company operational guidelines and stock procedures
  • Contribute to store security and loss prevention through attentive observation of the sales floor
