Church's is hiring a Client Advisor for its Regent Street boutique in London. Deliver exceptional client service and drive luxury footwear sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised service to clientele, building long-term relationships and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling and expert product presentation.
- Develop deep product knowledge of Church's footwear and leather collections to advise clients on fit, care and styling.
- Execute high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation, ensuring the boutique reflects brand aesthetics at all times.
- Manage transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system; handle cash, card and store paperwork with precision.
- Maintain inventory integrity: receive, organise and conduct regular stock checks; support replenishment and stock transfers.
- Support clienteling activities including appointment-booking, follow-ups, after-sales service and targeted outreach for events and launches.
- Contribute to in-store events and private appointments, collaborating with the store team to deliver elevated experiences.
Qualifications
- Proven retail sales experience, preferably in luxury footwear, leather goods or premium fashion (preferred).
- Demonstrable ability to build and sustain client relationships with a consultative, service-first approach.
- Strong commercial awareness and a track record of meeting sales targets.
- Professional presentation, excellent interpersonal skills and a polished customer-facing demeanour.
- Numerical accuracy and experience with cash handling and POS operations.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and peak trading periods, and right to work in the UK.
