Role & Responsibilities

  • Capture and maintain customer data in the CRM to foster personalized relationships.
  • Embrace and promote an Omni Channel mindset.

  • Engage in cross-selling across departments to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
  • Stay informed about fashion trends and competitors.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive brand and product knowledge.
  • Effectively address customer complaints, liaising with management as necessary.
  • Maintain high standards of shop floor presentation and visual display.
  • Contribute to store security and prevent product theft.

Qualifications

  • Proven passion for selling and retail environments.
  • Curiosity and interest in luxury fashion, art, and design.
  • Experience in building long-lasting client relationships.

Skills

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ambition, resilience, self-motivation, and a results-driven attitude. Problem-solving capabilities. In-depth knowledge of the product category managed.

Experience

Previous experience in luxury fashion retail, with a focus on client relationship management and sales.
