Church's is hiring a Client Advisor in Brussels — deliver luxury footwear sales and exceptional client service in a heritage British maison.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised, high‑touch client service to cultivate long‑term relationships and maximise client lifetime value.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive clientelling and upselling of footwear and leather accessories.
- Manage the full sales cycle: greeting clients, product presentation, fitting, POS transactions and after‑sales follow up.
- Maintain boutique standards for visual merchandising, stock presentation, housekeeping and loss prevention.
- Provide expert product advice on fit, craftsmanship and leather care; liaise with in‑store or corporate teams for special requests and bespoke services.
- Record client interactions and sales activity in CRM/POS to support remarketing and clienteling programmes.
- Support store events, private appointments and collaborative initiatives with regional teams to drive traffic and brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Proven retail sales experience in luxury footwear, leather goods or premium fashion (preferably 2+ years).
- Demonstrable clienteling skills with a track record of meeting sales targets.
- Impeccable personal presentation and strong interpersonal skills appropriate to a luxury boutique.
- Flexibility to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and peak sales periods.
Skills
Experience
Mid‑level retail experience, ideally 2+ years in a luxury or premium boutique environment with proven success in client acquisition, retention and meeting sales KPIs. Experience with footwear fitting and leather product expertise is highly desirable.
Education
Secondary education (high school) or equivalent; vocational training in retail, hospitality or luxury service advantageous.
