Church's is hiring a part‑time Client Advisor in Brussels. Deliver luxury clienteling, drive boutique sales and uphold boutique standards.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional, bespoke in‑store client experience that embodies the Brand’s values and the prescribed client journey ceremony.
- Proactively identify client needs, build long‑term relationships and develop personalised sales opportunities to maximise individual and store KPI performance.
- Capture and maintain accurate customer profiles in the company CRM to support clienteling, follow‑up and repeat business.
- Operate with an omnichannel mindset — support cross‑channel requests and collaborate with e‑commerce and in‑store teams to fulfil client expectations.
- Maintain impeccable boutique standards: merchandising, visual display, stock procedures and loss‑prevention vigilance.
- Contribute constructively to team dynamics, sharing market and competitor intelligence and supporting a diverse and inclusive workplace.
- Handle client feedback and complaints professionally, escalating to the line manager when necessary.
Qualifications
- Proven experience building and maintaining long‑term client relationships in a luxury retail environment.
- Demonstrable passion for luxury fashion, footwear and design with strong product knowledge.
- Customer‑centric mentality with excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Result‑driven, resilient and self‑motivated with a track record of meeting sales targets and KPIs.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a boutique team.

Experience
Previous experience in luxury retail or premium customer‑facing roles with a demonstrable ability to deliver personalised service and achieve sales targets.
