Role & Responsibilities

• Promote and cultivate customer loyalty whilst achieving quantitative and qualitative sales objectives assigned to the boutique
• Support the Store Manager in implementing directives from the Retail Department and ensuring excellent customer welcome and service standards
• Monitor fashion trends, track competitive activity, and communicate market insights to the sales team
• Uphold and embody the corporate brand image; ensure staff alignment with brand standards and positioning
• Develop and execute sales strategies in collaboration with Retail Merchandising, Visual Merchandising, and Retail Operations teams
• Foster client-centric relationships and maintain solid connections with the customer base
• Support the Store Manager in promoting entrepreneurial spirit and team cohesion through effective communication and efficient organization
• Ensure staff professional development by collaborating on development plans and training initiatives with the Store Manager
• Maintain synergy between front and back office operations
• Guarantee store image integrity and product care standards in accordance with corporate guidelines, ensuring team accountability

Skills

Experience

Minimum 2–3 years of progressive experience in luxury retail, fashion, or premium goods environments. Prior boutique management or assistant management experience strongly preferred. Demonstrated success in building and maintaining high-performing sales teams and developing customer loyalty programs.

Education

Business, Retail Management degree or equivalent professional qualification preferred. Secondary education minimum required.
