Church's seeks an Assistant Store Manager for its Paris Saint Honoré boutique to lead sales, drive customer loyalty, and maintain luxury brand standards.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Promote and maintain customer loyalty through solid client relationships and client-centric engagement
  • Support the Store Manager in ensuring exceptional customer welcome, service delivery, and brand qualitative standards
  • Remain current on fashion trends and competitor activity, communicating insights to the sales staff
  • Develop sales strategy in cooperation with Retail Merchandising, Visual Merchandising, and Retail Operations teams
  • Reflect corporate image and ensure staff alignment with brand standing and professional standards
  • Foster entrepreneurial spirit and team cohesion through effective communication and efficient operational organization
  • Support staff professional development by collaborating on development plans with the Store Manager
  • Ensure synergy between front and back office operations
  • Maintain store image and product care in line with corporate standards and staff accountability

Qualifications

  • Leadership and team management experience in a retail environment
  • Proven ability to motivate and persuade teams toward business objectives
  • Strong customer service orientation and natural ability to welcome clients
  • Demonstrated track record of driving sales and achieving quantitative targets in luxury retail
  • Business/Retail Management degree or equivalent (preferred)
  • Passion for luxury goods, fashion, art, and design
  • Proficiency in retail systems and point-of-sale operations (inferred)

Experience
