Church's Assistant Store Manager position in London. Lead luxury retail operations and customer experience at our Jermyn Street flagship store.
Role & Responsibilities
- Promote and cultivate customer loyalty to achieve quantitative and qualitative sales objectives
- Represent the company and implement strategic directions from the Retail Department and Store Manager
- Monitor fashion trends and competitor activity, disseminating market intelligence to sales staff
- Uphold corporate image standards and ensure staff alignment with brand positioning
- Support the Store Manager in delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining brand qualitative standards
- Foster a client-centric culture by developing and maintaining strong client relationships
- Partner with the Store Manager to cultivate entrepreneurial and team spirit through effective communication and organization
- Develop and execute sales strategies in collaboration with Retail Merchandising, Visual Merchandising, and Retail Operations teams
- Ensure synergy between front and back office operations
- Oversee store presentation and product care standards, ensuring staff accountability for brand compliance
- Support staff professional development and training initiatives in coordination with the Store Manager
