Regional Content Marketing Manager at Christie's Hong Kong – lead APAC social media strategy and content creation for the global luxury art market leader. HKD 420,000–660,000 annually.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage Christie's APAC social media channels across Instagram, Facebook, LINE, and other relevant platforms, ensuring consistent brand voice and premium positioning
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media content strategies and editorial calendars aligned with business objectives and regional marketing priorities
- Create, edit, and proofread engaging social media content, campaign messaging, captions, and video scripts with a focus on art market expertise and collector insights
- Conceptualize and develop innovative creative campaigns for social posts, short-form videos, livestreams, Stories, and emerging content formats
- Lead content production projects in collaboration with photographers, videographers, designers, agencies, and internal stakeholders
- Monitor social media trends, audience behaviour, platform developments, and industry best practices to identify optimization opportunities
- Analyze social media performance metrics across platforms and deliver regular reports with actionable insights for content optimization and audience growth
- Manage external vendors and budgets related to content creation and social media initiatives
- Present content strategies, campaign performance reviews, and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders
Qualifications
- Degree holder in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Media Studies, Digital Marketing, Art History, Design, or related discipline
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in content marketing, social media, or digital content at Assistant Manager level or equivalent
- Strong portfolio demonstrating content creation, brand storytelling, and audience engagement across digital and social platforms
- Proven experience developing English-language content for luxury, art, fashion, design, lifestyle, or premium brands
- Demonstrated expertise in social media analytics, reporting, and content performance optimization
- Strong visual literacy with understanding of how copy, design, video, and user experience integrate to create impactful content
Skills
Experience
Minimum 8 years of professional experience in content marketing, social media management, digital content production, or related fields. Proven track record at Assistant Manager level or equivalent, with demonstrated success managing social media platforms and executing content-driven campaigns for established brands. Direct experience developing English-language content for luxury, art, fashion, or premium lifestyle sectors is essential. Experience within the art market, auction industry, galleries, museums, or cultural institutions is highly desirable.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Media Studies, Digital Marketing, Art History, Design, or a related discipline.
