Christie's Old Master Drawings internship, Paris – 6-month full-time position for art history graduate with research and curatorial support responsibilities.
Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct bibliographic research in libraries, archives, and digital resources to support lot authentication and expertise
- Manage lot tracking and maintain proper documentation throughout appraisal processes
- Prepare descriptive sheets for expert assessment and coordinate artwork logistics with conservation professionals
- Verify provenance documentation for drawings and other works on paper
- Provide administrative support for daily departmental operations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Art History or equivalent
- Double degree combining art history with business school or Institute of Political Studies
- Prior extended internship experience
- Fluent English language proficiency
- Proficiency with standard computer applications and office software

Experience
At least one prior extended internship experience, preferably in a museum, gallery, or auction house environment.
Education
Master's degree in Art History or equivalent; double diploma combining art history with a business school or Institute of Political Studies is preferred.
