Christie's Paris seeks full-time Executive Assistant Intern for 6-month internship supporting the President's office. €900/month + benefits.
Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct research on clients and partners in advance of events and projects
- Prepare briefing materials and interventions for the President
- Assist the President with business development initiatives, including document preparation, inventory participation, and client engagement
- Serve as liaison between the Paris office and international specialists
- Provide administrative support to the President's assistant and shared office operations
- Prepare notes, correspondence, and communications for the President
- Manage occasional in-city travel for procurement of gifts and materials
- Support the Chief Executive Officer with internal presentations, travel arrangements, meetings, and events as needed
- Conduct media monitoring and press tracking for executive leadership
- Provide ad hoc support to the Business Development team
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a Master's degree (M1/M2) program at a business school or institute of political science
- Previous internship or long-duration professional experience
- General knowledge of the art market
- Fluent English proficiency
- Proficient with office technology and software
Skills
Experience
At least one prior internship or significant professional experience; general familiarity with the art market or luxury sector preferred.
Education
Master's degree (M1/M2) program in business administration, commerce, or political science (IEP).

The base compensation for this position is EUR 900 per month.
Benefits
Monthly stipend of €900 gross; meal vouchers at €10 per day (Christie's contribution: €5); transportation reimbursement up to 50%.
