Business Management Coordinator – Classic & Old Masters role in Paris, France. Support senior leadership with auction operations, calendars, and departmental coordination.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support Business Director with overall coordination of Classic and Old Masters departmental operations across all specializations
  • Maintain departmental Classic and Old Masters calendar in Paris and oversee sale calendar and viewing schedules in collaboration with Operations and Heads of Department
  • Coordinate catalogue production process and track progress against deadlines; support tours and exhibitions for sale highlights and liaise with centralized tour coordinator
  • Manage online auction business support and coordinate sale, tour, marketing, and viewing deadlines
  • Compile pre-sale and post-sale competitor statistics and sale performance data; prepare all sale week communications
  • Maintain live runner of active client issues, disputes, risk and insurance cases; minute weekly/monthly meetings and escalate to Business Director
  • Support Specialist Tracking entries and amendments for the department
  • Compile all third-party costs and coordinate stock management support
  • Support Business Director during sale week activities including logistics and financial meeting preparation
  • Oversee temporary staff management, training coordination, and hour tracking
  • Execute general Business Coordinator support duties as required
