  • Support the Head of Sale with catalogue production, including cataloguing, photography, essay writing, lotting and copyright status; serve as the main liaison with the photography studio, production teams and Specialists.
  • Track item details to meet sale and catalogue deadlines and compliance requirements; attend hilling sessions to monitor activity and required actions as needed.
  • Track seller marketing promises, manage cross-marketing advertisements and website early-sale highlights, and help coordinate highlights previews, international and regional tours, and events.
  • Liaise with Operations on sale viewings and set-up, and prepare relevant assets as required.
  • Assist with reserve amendments and ensure relevant pre-sale documentation is sent to clients.
  • Assist with auction-preview installation, including compiling, printing and mounting lot cards for each work.
  • Coordinate sale activities, including client viewings, condition report dispatch, bids and sale ticketing requests.
  • Coordinate interest meetings, including room bookings and minute-taking.

  • Assist other departments in the Classic Art Group and undertake other duties as required.
