Christian Dior Couture seeks a Women's Sales Consultant in Shenzhen MixC — full-time luxury retail role delivering client service and boutique operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary, product-led client service to understand customer needs and achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Provide accurate product information and assist clients with selection, fittings and aftercare enquiries.
- Maintain impeccable store presentation: replenish stock, execute visual merchandising directives and ensure attractive product displays.
- Complete operational duties including receiving deliveries, pricing and labeling items, conducting physical stock checks and assisting with store housekeeping.
- Execute the company sales process and consistently apply Dior’s retail standards, values and commercial objectives.
- Provide ad-hoc support to other departments or boutique functions as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong service orientation, empathy and client rapport-building ability.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment and maintain high working efficiency.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
- Previous retail or apparel sales experience preferred.
