Christian Dior Couture — Paris: Women's Leather Goods Collection Manager to lead product development, team management and launches (hybrid).

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Nouveautés leather goods product team (product managers and assistant) — direct line management for a team of approximately four.
  • Define and drive the development of four core collections per year plus special launches, ensuring alignment with the Maison's artistic vision and commercial objectives.
  • Produce comprehensive collection briefs for the Studio: trend analysis, market opportunities, strategic orientations and target collection plan.
  • Oversee collection planning, budget tracking and timeline management from concept through showroom, including editing the collection and building the modelario (collection dashboard and buy tool).
  • Collaborate with industrial development and quality teams on technical development, validation of prototypes and adherence to functionality and aesthetic standards.
  • Coordinate pricing strategy with industrial and pricing teams: initial pricing, repricing actions and margin control.
  • Validate model filings and naming in coordination with Legal; ensure data quality and correct codifications across the product database.
  • Organise and run four showrooms per year (prototypes, photo shoots) and prepare post-showroom synthesis and launch packs for press, training, retail and wholesale teams.
  • Manage 360° commercialization coordination — product presentations and launch strategy to press, digital, VIP/VIC, training and merchandising stakeholders.
  • Perform competitive studies and price mapping; present project reporting to category direction and conduct ad hoc travel to suppliers in Italy (approximately 3–4 times per year).

Qualifications

  • Degree from a business school or equivalent in Business, Marketing, Fashion or Product Management.
  • Minimum 5–6 years' experience in luxury fashion product/collection management, ideally within women's leather goods.
  • Proven people management experience, with prior responsibility for product managers and assistants.
  • Fluent in French, Italian and English (written and spoken).
  • Strong commercial acumen and experience in pricing strategy, margin control and collection-level P&L considerations.

Experience
