Christian Dior Couture is seeking a Women's Accessories Product Development Assistant intern in Paris, with work across product development, communications, showroom coordination, and prototype management. The six-month internship starts in January 2027 and is full-time, with hybrid working.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support collection brief preparation, including competitor inspiration and market needs.
- Assist with collection development tracking.
- Help manage the showroom schedule, installation, labeling, operations, product catalogues, photo shoots, and prototype inventory.
- Assist with projects across varied topics.
- Conduct competitor studies.
- Research names for new product lines.
- Catalogue runway looks.
- Assist with filing designs and collection names in collaboration with the legal team.
- Organize marketing, e-commerce, model-worn e-commerce, and Focus photo shoots, including scheduling, defining the offer, labeling, sending prototypes, preparing compliance documents, and creating tracking documents.
- Prepare and present photo briefs for each shoot.
- Track post-production, including image renaming and retouching.
- Assist with visual approvals.
- Prepare FGPS tracking files for Press.
- Create and update sales materials as the showroom progresses.
- Manage the mini runway show during product presentations and help accessorize looks.
- Present the collection to external sales representatives.
- Manage, track, and make prototypes available for the different showroom stages.
- Manage prototype stock daily.
- Manage prototype loans for Press, Campaign, Studio, and other uses.
Qualifications
- Currently studying at a business school at Bac+4/5 level.
- Significant initial experience in product marketing in the fashion or luxury sector.
- Product sensitivity and knowledge of the luxury and accessories markets.
- Rigor and attention to detail.
- Positive communication, interpersonal intelligence, and creativity.
- Responsiveness, organization, and ability to work to short deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Fluent spoken and written French and English.

Experience
Entry-level; significant initial experience in product marketing in the fashion or luxury sector.
Education
Business school student at Bac+4/5 level.
