Parfums Christian Dior seeks a Wholesale Retail Manager in Copenhagen, Denmark to lead Nordic retail performance and field teams.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach and develop the Nordic field team, set clear objectives and conduct regular performance reviews to ensure alignment with commercial goals.
  • Act as primary retail contact for wholesale partners and store teams to maintain consistent, high-quality brand execution across points of sale.
  • Define, communicate and manage monthly sell-out targets and sales competitions; monitor trends and ensure transparent target reporting to retailers.
  • Coordinate and support in-store activations, events and promotional campaigns to drive sell-through and elevate customer experience.
  • Oversee retail execution and merchandising standards across the wholesale network, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Gather, analyse and share market insights and competitive activity to inform commercial decision-making and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Plan and prioritise field activities and store visits; review and approve T&E in line with company policy to ensure effective resource allocation.

Qualifications

  • Minimum five years' experience in a leadership role; proven track record in retail, wholesale or field management—experience within beauty or luxury preferred.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken); proficiency in one or more Nordic languages (Danish/Swedish/Norwegian/Finnish) is a distinct advantage.
  • Demonstrated ability to set and drive KPI-focused commercial plans and performance management processes.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with experience building and sustaining wholesale retail partnerships.
  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently across the Nordics (approximately 70%).

Experience

Minimum five years' relevant experience with prior responsibility for teams and commercial targets; previous exposure to the beauty or luxury sectors is preferred.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
