Christian Dior Parfums Internship: Assistant Business Analyst Wholesale in Neuilly-sur-Seine, France. Support luxury retail analytics and wholesale operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Produce monthly performance reports for 100+ wholesale sales representatives and senior wholesale management, tracking sell-out, market share, staffing metrics, and retail cartography
- Design and update Power BI dashboards capturing monthly and ad-hoc analyses including sell-out performance, market share tracking, staff management, and store mapping
- Prepare synthesis briefs on strategic wholesale outlet performance
- Coordinate team meetings and seminars; develop presentation materials and supporting documentation
- Develop retail growth plans to support field teams during point-of-sale visits
- Write and distribute weekly newsletters to all sales teams containing marketing, logistics, and commercial updates
- Provide operational support to wholesale sales teams including process clarification, training reinforcement, and field assistance
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Grande École (business school or engineering school) program or equivalent
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Power BI experience or familiarity
- Entry-level business analyst experience or equivalent coursework
- Passion for cosmetics and luxury industry
- Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities
- Attention to detail and analytical rigor
