Role & Responsibilities

• Maintain daily commercial relationships with boutiques and coordinate with buyers, back-office teams, sales staff, and visual merchandising partners
• Consolidate and track weekly revenue figures for Dior Shop-in-Shop locations and monitor in-store collection presentation and seasonal sell-through across all points of sale
• Coordinate with sales administration on delivery tracking, inventory replenishment, and billing matters
• Support the development of collection guidelines for Shop-in-Shop and multi-brand retailers during showroom presentations (8 annually)
• Participate in buyer sales presentations and support purchase mix planning with qualitative and quantitative order tracking
• Prepare weekly revenue and display reports, collection training materials, and presentations for boutiques
• Generate PowerPoint presentations on collection positioning (must-haves, buying mix) and sell-through analysis
• Conduct competitive analysis and gather market needs assessments from retail points of sale
• Liaise across internal Dior departments including Sales Administration, Visual Merchandising, Business Analysis, Collection and Retail Merchandising, Events, Operational Marketing, Customer Service, Finance, and Legal

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (Bac+4/5) in commerce, business management, or equivalent university discipline
• Advanced Excel proficiency including complex functions and data analysis
• Fluency in Italian, English, and French (written and spoken)
• Strong organizational and attention-to-detail capabilities
• Commercial acumen and sensitivity to luxury brand positioning
• Availability for a six-month internship beginning January 2027

Entry-level or internship experience in commercial, sales operations, or retail environments preferred; beginner-level professionals welcome.

Education

Bachelor's degree (Bac+4/5) in commerce, business management, or related field from an accredited school or university.
