Christian Dior Couture, Paris: 6-month Wholesale Commercial Assistant internship starting January 2027. Support IT/UK/CH wholesale operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Area Manager in daily management of Dior Shop-in-Shop franchises and multi-brand boutiques across Italy, UK, and Switzerland
- Maintain ongoing commercial relationships with retail partners' buyers, back-office teams, sales personnel, and visual merchandising departments
- Consolidate and track weekly revenue figures and in-store collection presentations for all Shop-in-Shop locations
- Coordinate with the sales administration team to monitor shipments, restocking, and invoicing
- Assist in developing collection guidelines for Shop-in-Shop and multi-brand retail partners
- Participate in eight annual showrooms (four women's, four men's) supporting buyer presentations and sales activities
- Prepare weekly revenue reports and Shop-in-Shop visual display analyses
- Create training documentation for women's and men's collections
- Develop PowerPoint presentations for retail partner visits, trainings, buyer collection presentations, and sell-through analysis
- Monitor market competitive trends and retail feedback
- Liaise with internal Dior departments including sales administration, visual merchandising, business analysis, collection merchandising, retail merchandising, events, operational marketing, customer service, finance, and legal
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (Bac+4) or Master's degree (Bac+5) in commerce, business management, or equivalent discipline from a recognized school or university
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex functions
- Trilingual fluency in Italian, English, and French (written and spoken)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Commercial acumen and genuine interest in luxury retail
- Flexibility and responsiveness in a fast-paced environment

Experience
Entry-level or newly graduated candidates are welcome; experience in luxury retail, wholesale distribution, or B2B account management is advantageous but not required.
Education
Bac+4/5 in commerce, business management, or related discipline from a recognized school or university.
