Christian Dior Couture internship: Wholesale Commercial Assistant (6 months, January 2027) in Paris supporting Italy/UK/Switzerland distribution strategy.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage ongoing commercial relationships with boutique buyers, back-office teams, sales representatives, and visual merchandising departments, ensuring alignment on collection presentation and seasonal offerings
- Consolidate and monitor weekly revenue figures for Dior Shop-in-Shop locations and validate in-store collection display compliance with visual merchandising guidelines
- Coordinate with sales administration to track deliveries, replenishment orders, invoicing, and resolve order modifications and cancellations
- Support the preparation of collection guidelines and buying recommendations for Shop-in-Shop and multi-brand boutiques across showroom presentations (8 annually: 4 women's, 4 men's)
- Participate in buyer presentations and provide qualitative and quantitative analysis of purchase orders to optimize product mix
- Prepare weekly revenue and display reports, sell-through analyses, and competitive market assessments based on point-of-sale feedback
- Develop and present training materials on women's and men's collections to internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain coordination and information sharing with internal Dior departments including Sales Administration, Visual Merchandising, Business Analysis, Collection Merchandising, Retail Merchandising, Marketing, and Finance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (Bac+4) or Master's degree (Bac+5) in Commerce, Management, or related field
- Fluent in Italian, English, and French (oral and written proficiency required)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel with demonstrated knowledge of complex formulas and data analysis functions
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of luxury market dynamics
