Christian Dior Couture seeks a Wholesale Assistant Intern in Paris starting March 2027. Support wholesale operations, customer returns, and showrooms in a hybrid role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Process and coordinate returns of defective items from international B2B clients, arranging shipment to appropriate workshops for evaluation and repair
- Manage logistics operations to ensure efficient return and dispatch of repaired products to multi-brand retail partners
- Collaborate with logistics teams to prepare and ship products with precision
- Coordinate appointment scheduling with wholesale clients and manage operational planning for eight annual showrooms (four men's, four women's collections)
- Record orders captured during showroom events and provide on-site support
- Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents for the wholesale department
- Assist in managing team calendars and coordinate professional travel arrangements
- Organize internal and external events for the wholesale business unit
- Monitor operational and logistical aspects of product returns and shipments
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree programme in commerce, business management, or related field (Bac +4/5 equivalent)
- Fluent in English and French (spoken and written) with strong writing skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and office software
- Discretion and respect for confidentiality
- Organizational rigor and attention to detail
