Role & Responsibilities

• Provide daily commercial support to the sales team and departmental director, managing client relationships and coordinating eight annual showrooms (four for men's collections, four for women's collections)
• Coordinate with sales administration on deliveries, restocking, and operational logistics for partner shop-in-shop locations
• Consolidate and track weekly and monthly revenue figures for partner retail locations, analyzing performance metrics
• Proactively monitor and support visual merchandising initiatives and coordinate diverse promotional events
• Participate in showroom sales activities, process and track orders and cancellations, and prepare supporting sales documentation
• Conduct best-seller product analysis, prepare debriefing reports, and identify key performance trends
• Perform sell-through analysis for retail partners and prepare training documents on men's and women's collections
• Prepare competitive intelligence presentations and ad hoc market analyses
• Assist with director and commercial team travel arrangements, data entry of purchase orders, and coordination of meetings and conference calls

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (4-5 years post-secondary education) in commerce, business management, or related field
• Fluency in English and French, both written and oral, with strong written communication skills
• Ability to speak an additional language is advantageous
• Demonstrated organizational rigor and attention to detail
• Strong communication and negotiation capabilities
• Commercial acumen and entrepreneurial mindset
• Flexibility and availability to support dynamic wholesale operations
