Role & Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Lead E‑commerce Data to extract, analyse and visualise website data from analytics platforms.
  • Support digital e‑commerce teams in interpreting site data for product launches, promotional campaigns and seasonal activations.
  • Read and interpret tagging plans and data layers to locate variables and events within analytics hits.
  • Establish and maintain a QA/recette process to ensure correct implementation of the data layer by development teams.
  • Extract data from Google Analytics using native reports, custom reports and dashboards; validate data accuracy.
  • Design and build visually engaging dashboards in Looker Studio for markets and central teams.
  • Conduct deep analyses using multiple data sources to evaluate features, customer journeys and product franchises.
  • Initiate periodic QA sessions on existing dashboards to guarantee the quality of data shared with stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Master's level education (Bac+5) from a business school or engineering school, or equivalent.
  • Ideally 6 months to 1 year of hands‑on experience in web analytics (internships or entry roles accepted).
  • Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; able to accompany non‑technical teams.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail, critical thinking and intellectual curiosity.
  • Demonstrable ability to read tagging plans and data layers and to execute data QA processes.

Experience

Entry‑level; suitable for recent graduates or students in their final year with 6–12 months of practical web analytics experience preferred.

Education
