Christian Dior Couture — Warehouse Operator (temporary) in Padova / Selvazzano Dentro (PD): on-site role in logistics and inventory management.
Role & Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect and record incoming materials and finished goods according to established procedures.
- Store and stage products in the warehouse ensuring correct placement, labelling and traceability.
- Pick, pack and prepare orders for shipment with attention to quality and presentation.
- Maintain stock accuracy through cycle counts and inventory reconciliation.
- Operate warehouse equipment in accordance with safety protocols; support material movements (loading/unloading).
- Ensure cleanliness, order and compliance with health & safety standards in the warehouse.
- Collaborate with colleagues across logistics and production teams to maintain efficient workflow.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of proven experience in a warehouse or logistics role.
- Valid certification/permit for operating retractable forklift (carrello retrattile / patentino).
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners and standard IT tools (e‑mail, MS Office).
- Strong attention to detail, reliability and ability to work cooperatively within a team.
- Basic knowledge of inventory control procedures and safe material handling practices.
Skills
Experience
At least 1 year of hands-on experience in warehouse operations, stock handling or order preparation; experience with WMS and RF picking is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational qualification in logistics/warehouse operations is advantageous.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Padova, Veneto, Italy.
