Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit daily inventory reports and purchase requisitions with complete details (item name, quantity, unit price, specifications, stock level, requested quantity).
- Inspect incoming shipments against delivery documents; verify quantity and quality before authorising receipt and entry into stock.
- Organise stockroom layout according to item characteristics and store demand; ensure careful handling, clear categorisation and a neat, accessible storage environment.
- Post received goods into inventory records immediately and maintain accurate, up-to-date bookkeeping.
- Process goods issues strictly per procedure; do not release stock without complete documentation and required approvals; update inventory cards upon dispatch.
- Execute monthly stock counts and reconcile physical stock with accounting records.
- Proactively communicate stock movements and any discrepancies to the store manager to prevent shortages and optimise replenishment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum two years' experience in warehouse, inventory or stockroom operations; prior experience in apparel or retail preferred.
- Familiarity with inbound/outbound warehouse procedures and inventory control practices.
- Good physical health, reliable work ethic and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a store team and follow managerial direction.

Experience
At least two years in a warehouse, stockroom or inventory role; experience in the apparel or luxury retail sector is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent.
