Role & Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end fabrication and installation lifecycle of multiple VM event projects, high-end special projects, and brand activations across the South Asia region
• Establish rigid project milestones and guarantee all project builds are completed on schedule without exception
• Interpret, audit, and approve detailed architectural blueprints, CAD schematics, SketchUp models, and construction drawings provided by agencies and production houses
• Source, program, and manage high-tech integrations within visual projects, including advanced displays, interactive digital touchpoints, and smart lighting systems
• Conduct comprehensive quality audits during overnight build-ins, ensuring millwork, alignment, materials, and finishing meet the House's exacting standards
• Oversee regional VM event project expenditure and ensure strict cost control and financial tracking across all initiatives
• Partner with production agencies to optimize fabrication methods and reduce costs without compromising the visual weight, look, or texture of premium materials
• Audit line-item production costs to secure competitive pricing from high-end fabricators and run rigorous commercial bidding processes
• Partner closely with regional Client Marketing teams to align activations with CRM objectives and collaborate with Image VM teams to protect brand presentation standards
• Act as the primary regional bridge aligning closely with Global headquarters to adapt global creative assets while guiding local market teams for seamless on-the-ground execution
• Build, manage, and continuously audit a vetted network of premium local and regional production vendors and contractors
• Coordinate cross-border shipping schedules, customs clearances, and delivery windows for specialized VM props and event structures in partnership with internal logistics teams

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of professional experience within luxury retail or related sectors, with a proven track record managing VM event projects, temporary luxury structures, or pop-up activations
• Demonstrated ability to read, critique, and interpret technical design files including AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 2D/3D construction drawings
• Deep knowledge of luxury finishes, construction materials, retail technology, and high-end architectural specifications
• Exceptional attention to detail with a keen eye for luxury finishing, styling, and structural execution
• Proven expertise in managing multiple complex projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills to build and maintain relationships across Global headquarters, internal logistics partners, regional matrix teams, and local market stakeholders
• Willingness and flexibility to travel frequently across the South Asia region and work extended hours during overnight project installations
