Parfums Christian Dior seeks Visual Merchandising Trainee in Dubai to support regional VM strategy, manage visual assets, and coordinate retail marketing initiatives across the Middle East.
Role & Responsibilities
- Order, manage, and distribute visual assets and video content to regional markets in alignment with the marketing calendar
- Create and validate visual simulations for selected retail locations to ensure brand consistency across the Middle East region
- Maintain and update the Visual Merchandising database with current point-of-sale information and regional assortment data
- Review visual allocations for trade animations to ensure alignment with Maison strategic priorities
- Develop forecasts for new skincare launches in collaboration with commercial and market teams while adhering to budgetary constraints
- Update skincare planograms on IWD platform according to the marketing calendar and communicate implementation to regional markets
- Share Visual Merchandising guidelines and updates to all markets, ensuring timely distribution of materials from guidelines through to centralized planograms
- Provide support to the Visual Merchandising team for point-of-sale openings, including coordination of VM documentation and local production
- Develop and distribute internal Visual Merchandising newsletters highlighting key assets, guidelines, visual priorities, and upcoming launches
- Collect and summarize performance reports from local teams on brand installations, window displays, and seasonal Visual Merchandising setups across the region
Qualifications
- University or business school degree
- First professional experience in Project Management or Visual Merchandising
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel and PowerPoint)
- Adobe Creative Suite knowledge (preferred)
- IWD platform familiarity (preferred)
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Proactive approach with demonstrated adaptability in fast-paced environments
- Creative problem-solving orientation
- Strong planning and organizational capabilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Fluent English proficiency

Beginner-level experience; first professional role in Project Management or Visual Merchandising preferred.
