Role & Responsibilities

  • Plan and implement soft merchandising elements for brand campaigns, product launches, and retail activations
  • Lead the design, production, and installation of trade projects, including SPPs, HPPs, retailer decorations, events, Sephora animations, and promotional displays
  • Coordinate counter takeovers, including forecasting materials from central teams and managing local implementation
  • Conduct regular store visits to evaluate visual merchandising execution, provide feedback, and identify improvement opportunities
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual excellence across all retail spaces and points of sale
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing, Trade, Sales, and In-Store teams to optimize visual merchandising deployment
  • Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers for production and implementation of merchandise displays
  • Manage photography coordination and review out-of-home (OOH) color proofs and captions
  • Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to deadlines and budget parameters
  • Prepare comprehensive reports on key visual merchandising activities and performance metrics
  • Manage administrative processes, including purchase orders and vendor relations
  • Oversee display warehouse management and inventory coordination
  • Ensure compliance with brand standards, safety regulations, and retailer requirements
  • Travel to store locations as required to oversee implementation and maintain quality standards

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Visual Merchandising, preferably within a luxury retail environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Architecture, or a related field
  • Strong project management and organizational capabilities
  • Demonstrated vendor and supplier negotiation skills
  • Budget and deadline management expertise
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Working knowledge of SketchUp
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and reporting capabilities
