Role & Responsibilities
- Plan and implement soft merchandising elements for brand campaigns and product launches, ensuring consistent brand messaging and visual excellence
- Lead the design, production, and installation of Trade projects, including store point-of-purchase displays (SPPs), high-profile placements (HPPs), retailer decorations, events, Sephora animations, and brand activations
- Coordinate Counter Takeovers by forecasting materials from Central offices and overseeing local implementation across retail locations
- Conduct regular store visits to evaluate visual merchandising execution, provide constructive feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement
- Monitor quality and consistency of visual merchandising implementation across all retail locations and points of sale
- Collaborate with Product Marketing, Trade, Sales, and In-Store teams to optimize visual merchandising deployment and execution
- Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers for production, installation, and project implementation
- Manage photography coordination and review out-of-home (OOH) color proofs and captions
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, safety regulations, and retailer requirements across all visual installations
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and budget constraints
- Prepare comprehensive reports on visual merchandising activities and track key performance indicators
- Manage administrative processes, including purchase orders and vendor documentation
- Oversee display warehouse management and inventory of visual merchandising materials
- Travel to store locations as required to ensure excellence in execution
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Visual Merchandising, preferably within a luxury retail environment
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Architecture, or a related field
- Demonstrated understanding of retail operations and consumer behavior
- Advanced proficiency in project management with ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives
- Strong vendor and supplier negotiation capabilities
- Proven budget and deadline management experience
- Excellent reporting and analytical capabilities
- High level of attention to detail and quality focus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Advanced technical skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Proficiency in SketchUp or similar design visualization software
