Role & Responsibilities

  • Prepare monthly display guidelines for each counter addressing backwall, showcase, glorifier, and bar installations according to launch and promotion schedules
  • Develop locally-produced point-of-sale materials based on headquarters guidelines and specifications
  • Prepare transparent overlays and color proofs monthly in collaboration with external vendors, specifying duration and layout requirements
  • Allocate POS materials strategically to each counter, optimizing available spaces in backwall, showcase, and niche displays
  • Conduct regular counter site visits to ensure display guidelines are implemented correctly and maintained to brand standards
  • Oversee all necessary POSM preparations for counter openings and renewal projects
  • Communicate with local contractors to modify counter POSM drawings and inspect quality of fabrication
  • Prepare display guides for promotional events and special activations
  • Develop locally-sourced POSM production materials aligned with headquarters event guidelines

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of visual merchandising experience
  • Degree in design or art
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD (preferred)
  • Demonstrated creative and innovative thinking
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to luxury presentation standards
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication capabilities
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams
