Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate product allocation and zoning strategy with business units and regional merchandising teams for new store openings and special set-ups, ensuring optimal product placement and display standards
- Design and review zoning layouts for flagship store openings and monitor display execution across regional locations
- Collaborate with creative and product teams during buying cycles to define product allocation for pop-up installations, ensuring alignment with creative concepts and display capacity
- Conduct product presentation tests and pilot new display concepts in collaboration with creative teams
- Manage pop-up zoning coordination with regional visual merchandising teams from conception through final set-up
- Review and approve product allocation for resort collections with merchandising and visual merchandising counterparts
- Create and implement resort-specific visual merchandising guidelines
- Participate in showroom set-ups, press events, and launch activations
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of visual merchandising experience, ideally within the luxury sector
- Strong fashion sensibility with demonstrated interest in creative disciplines including art, design, architecture, and photography
- Proven expertise in product allocation strategy and zoning design for retail environments
- Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Excel
- Fluent English, written and oral
- Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational and priority management skills
