Christian Dior Couture seeks Visual Merchandising Specialist in Miami. Full-time role maintaining luxury retail visual standards.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain visual standards with meticulous attention to detail according to global Dior directives
- Implement window and floor changes, including overnight installations and seasonal updates
- Re-merchandise inventory according to sell-through data and product launch schedules
- Troubleshoot merchandising concerns and address visual deficiencies as directed by the VP of Visual Merchandising
- Partner with boutique teams to ensure consistent execution of visual standards across all locations
- Upload store and project photography to internal visual merchandising platforms for corporate approval
- Organize and oversee props inventory and display materials
- Serve as an integral team member for store openings and special events
- Provide occasional support to other boutiques within the region
- Develop and mentor store management teams on visual presentation best practices
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of visual display and merchandising experience in a luxury or specialty retail environment
- Strong planning, organization, creativity, and originality skills
- Ability to translate design trends into compelling store window and floor presentations
- Strategic communication skills across all organizational levels
- Proven track record of follow-through and project completion
- Experience developing and training retail management teams
- Comprehensive understanding of luxury brand image and heritage—specifically the Dior aesthetic
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Willingness to travel as needed to support multiple locations

Experience
Minimum 3 years of hands-on visual display and merchandising experience in a luxury or specialty retail environment, with demonstrated expertise in translating corporate visual directives into cohesive in-store presentations. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously whilst maintaining exceptional attention to detail and brand consistency.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree in visual merchandising, retail management, or related field is preferred.
