Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, production, and execution of visual merchandising projects including concept stores, pop-ups, window installations, in-store animations, and events
- Manage project timelines, milestones, budgets, and resource allocation from briefing through installation and dismantling
- Oversee material sourcing, prototyping, logistics, installation, and on-site execution with meticulous attention to quality
- Coordinate with production agencies, contractors, and suppliers to ensure high-quality output and flawless execution
- Partner closely with Marketing, Retail, and Central Creative teams to translate brand concepts into compelling physical environments
- Ensure all executions reflect the brand's image, craftsmanship, and luxury positioning through rigorous design review
- Identify, negotiate with, and manage external vendors, agencies, and production partners
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders including Retail, Store Planning, Supply Chain, and Finance
- Prepare and manage project budgets, cost estimates, and purchase orders with rigorous cost control
- Conduct site visits and feasibility assessments for pop-ups, concept stores, and event spaces
- Supervise installations, event setup, and dismantling on-site, ensuring premium execution and real-time problem resolution
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, legal, and operational requirements for all installations and events
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of experience managing sizeable corporate productions, large-scale events, pop-ups, and window installations
- Proven track record in end-to-end vendor management and budget management
- Solid technical knowledge of AV, LED, lighting, and power systems
- Proficiency in design and 3D software including Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and 3D modeling tools
- Deep understanding of luxury brand standards with meticulous attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to translate high-level briefs into market-level execution while maintaining brand consistency
- Strong organizational and time-management capabilities
- Architecture or Space design experience preferred
