Parfums Christian Dior in Neuilly-sur-Seine seeks a Visual Merchandising Project Intern (6 months) for retail design — July 2026, on-site.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist studio designers in conceiving and developing permanent merchandising elements for Dior boutiques, multi-brand retail points and Dior Spas worldwide.
- Produce technical documentation and execution plans for POS fixtures and displays using Illustrator and SketchUp.
- Create and update planograms, adapt concepts into product declinations and author merchandising guidelines.
- Prepare briefs for 3D illustrators, including sketches, technical plans and follow-up of deliverables.
- Collaborate with marketing, architects, deployment teams and purchasing to ensure project alignment and feasibility.
- Support preparation of merchandising presentations by building slide decks and tracking mock-ups.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a Master-level design program (Master 2 or DSAA), ideally with a retail specialisation.
- Demonstrated sensitivity to cosmetics and luxury brand universes.
- Creativity and innovation with strong attention to detail.
- Stakeholder management and collaborative teamwork skills.
- Learning agility and adaptability in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
- Fluent command of English.

Experience
Open to beginners and early-career candidates; suitable for students currently pursuing or recently completing a relevant design degree. No extensive professional experience required.
Education
Enrolled in or recently graduated from a Master-level design programme (Master 2 or DSAA), preferably with a retail/visual merchandising major.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Neuilly-sur-Seine, Île-de-France, France, with easy access to Paris.
