Christian Dior Couture in Paris seeks a Visual Merchandising Project Assistant (intern) for Women's VM — on‑site, start July 2026.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and update window and in‑store layout drawings for the Women's universe in accordance with established VM concepts, accounting for technical and architectural constraints across approximately 60 boutiques.
- Support end‑to‑end production activities: prepare and verify technical dossiers, manage global orders for window décors, coordinate with suppliers and local teams, and monitor sample reception, dispatch and validation.
- Provide on‑site technical support during production and installation phases, and contribute to boutique and corner openings across EMEA when required.
- Manage budgetary elements for each display or façade project, including negotiation, tracking and validation of associated costs.
- Contribute to the planning and rolling deployment of multiple seasonal concepts (up to five concepts annually) and assist with event or animated façade projects.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from an applied arts, spatial design, interior architecture or decorative arts programme (art school or equivalent).
- Proven proficiency with desktop publishing and creative tools: Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
- Strong competency in Microsoft Office, notably Excel and PowerPoint.
- Good command of English (written and spoken) for regular interaction with international teams.
- Highly organised, rigorous and autonomous with the ability to manage several projects in parallel; demonstrable sensitivity to luxury retail scenography and visual storytelling.

Entry‑level — suitable for students or recent graduates with limited professional experience; internships accepted. The role expects practical academic project work or relevant student placements in visual merchandising, display design or spatial/retail design.
Education
Degree‑level training (or current enrolment) in applied arts, spatial design, interior architecture, scenography or decorative arts.
