Christian Dior Couture — Visual Merchandising Project Assistant (Apprenticeship) in Paris. Support window and interior display projects for the Women’s universe.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Create and update window and interior display layouts for the Women’s universe, producing concepts adapted to approximately 60 boutiques while respecting established VM concepts.
  • Integrate technical and architectural constraints of each boutique into layout development to ensure feasibility and coherence with the concept.
  • Manage end-to-end production follow-up for decorative window elements, including global ordering, tracking of technical dossiers and liaison with suppliers and local teams.
  • Coordinate sample handling: receipt, dispatch and validation of prototypes and mock-ups.
  • Provide technical support during production and installation phases, including on-site assistance when required.
  • Negotiate, monitor and validate budgets associated with individual window décors and façades, ensuring cost control and supplier compliance.

Qualifications

  • Enrolment in or recent graduate of an applied arts, spatial design, interior architecture or decorative arts programme.
  • Proven proficiency in layout and desktop publishing tools: Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
  • Strong command of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentation.
  • Good written and spoken English to interact with international teams.
  • Demonstrated organisational rigour, autonomy and the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
  • Sensitivity to luxury brand codes, scenography and strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders.
