Christian Dior seeks a Visual Merchandising Project Assistant internship in Neuilly-sur-Seine to support Trade Marketing campaigns across European travel retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Consolidate and maintain visual merchandising animation guidelines across the Travel Retail Europe region
- Orchestrate the coordination and tracking of point-of-sale material (POSM) shipments and installations in support of marketing campaign launches
- Support field teams with maintenance requests, including needs consolidation, production oversight, and verification of counter material updates
- Update and manage visual merchandising databases to ensure data accuracy and accessibility
- Coordinate omnichannel campaign implementations to guarantee brand visibility and market share during e-trade campaigns featuring iconic product lines
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Master's degree program (business school or equivalent)
- Demonstrated passion for luxury and cosmetics
- Ideally one internship or professional experience in marketing operations or trade marketing with a merchandising focus
- Fluent English proficiency
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and PowerPoint required)
- Familiarity with design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, SketchUp, or Canvas desirable)

Entry-level; first professional or internship experience in marketing operations or trade marketing preferred but not essential. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical thinking and organizational capability.
