Visual Merchandising Project Assistant internship at Parfums Christian Dior, Neuilly-sur-Seine. 6-month stage in retail design.
Role & Responsibilities
- Design technical documents and execution plans for POS element production using Illustrator and SketchUp
- Create and develop permanent merchandising elements, including POS displays, planogram updates, concept variations, and merchandising guidelines
- Collaborate with marketing teams, architects, deployment services, and purchasing departments
- Prepare and manage briefs for 3D illustrators, including sketches, technical drawings, and realization tracking
- Support point-of-sale presentation development, including presentation slide construction and mock-up follow-up
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Design (with retail specialization preferred) or equivalent diploma (DSAA)
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Competency with SketchUp for 3D modeling and visualization
- Intermediate to advanced English language skills
- Genuine affinity for cosmetics and luxury markets

Entry-level or recent graduate; no prior professional experience required. Background in design coursework or academic projects in retail merchandising strongly preferred.
Education
Master's degree in Design (Master 2) or equivalent (DSAA – Diplôme Supérieur d'Arts Appliqués); retail design specialization preferred.
