Parfums Christian Dior in Neuilly-sur-Seine seeks a Visual Merchandising Project Assistant (Intern) for a 4–6 month retail design internship.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist studio designers in conceiving permanent merchandising elements and retail integrations for Dior boutiques, multi-brand points of sale and Dior Spas.
- Produce technical drawings and execution plans for POS elements and display fixtures using Adobe Illustrator and SketchUp.
- Create and develop permanent fixtures, planogram updates, concept adaptations and associated merchandising guidelines.
- Collaborate with marketing, architects, deployment teams and the procurement department to ensure design feasibility and alignment with commercial objectives.
- Prepare and manage briefs for 3D illustrators, including sketches, plans and follow-up of final deliverables.
- Support the preparation of merchandising presentation materials, including slide decks and prototype/mockup tracking.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in or recently graduated from a Design programme (Master 2 or DSAA), ideally with a retail major.
- Keen interest in cosmetics and luxury retail environments.
- Demonstrated creativity and design innovation.
- Proven ability to manage stakeholders and work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong learning agility, attention to detail and adaptability.
Skills
Experience
Entry-level — suitable for students or recent graduates. Internship placement for candidates with limited professional experience; prior internships or academic project work in retail design or visual merchandising is advantageous. Internship duration: 4 to 6 months, starting July or September 2026.
Education
Master 2 or DSAA in Design, preferably with a retail or visual merchandising specialization.
