Christian Dior Couture in Paris seeks a Visual Merchandising Project Assistant (alternance) to support window and interior displays for the Women's universe.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and update window and interior animation layouts for the Women's universe across approximately sixty boutiques, ensuring adherence to defined concepts and technical constraints.
- Coordinate production and logistics for display décors: place and follow global orders, verify technical dossiers, liaise with suppliers and local store teams.
- Manage sample workflow: receipt, dispatch and validation of prototypes and mock-ups; provide technical support during production and installation phases.
- Support budget follow‑up for each window/façade project, including negotiation, tracking and validation of related costs.
- Contribute to roll‑out planning for showroom and boutique activations across EMEA and assist on opening/installation follow‑ups when required.
Qualifications
- Current enrolment in an applied arts, spatial design, interior architecture or decorative arts programme (alternance/apprenticeship eligible).
- Proven proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
- Strong command of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Good written and spoken English to interact with international teams.
- Organised, rigorous and able to manage multiple simultaneous projects with a collaborative mindset.

Entry‑level — suitable for students beginning their professional experience in visual merchandising or space design. No prior full‑time professional experience required; demonstrable academic projects or internships in display/VM are advantageous.
