Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and update window and interior animation layouts for the Women's universe across approximately sixty boutiques, ensuring adherence to defined concepts and technical constraints.
  • Coordinate production and logistics for display décors: place and follow global orders, verify technical dossiers, liaise with suppliers and local store teams.
  • Manage sample workflow: receipt, dispatch and validation of prototypes and mock-ups; provide technical support during production and installation phases.
  • Support budget follow‑up for each window/façade project, including negotiation, tracking and validation of related costs.
  • Contribute to roll‑out planning for showroom and boutique activations across EMEA and assist on opening/installation follow‑ups when required.

Qualifications

  • Current enrolment in an applied arts, spatial design, interior architecture or decorative arts programme (alternance/apprenticeship eligible).
  • Proven proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
  • Strong command of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Good written and spoken English to interact with international teams.
  • Organised, rigorous and able to manage multiple simultaneous projects with a collaborative mindset.
