Christian Dior Couture seeks a Visual Merchandising Operations Coordinator in Paris to manage logistics, vendor coordination, and customs documentation for global window displays.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage shared mailbox and respond to client inquiries regarding window display orders and logistics
- Coordinate with suppliers and store locations; transmit quotations, track purchase orders, and monitor delivery timelines
- Process customs documentation and monitor customs survey submissions for international shipments
- Verify billing and delivery addresses on quantity files; manage pickup and delivery coordination with freight carriers for flagship locations
- Generate invoices through the M3 ERP system and provide weekly logistics reporting to internal stakeholders
- Maintain and update internal client databases; identify and propose continuous improvements to operational systems
- Oversee special project logistics including ATA Carnet verification, export/import documentation support, and merchandise return planning
- Monitor transportation budgets and timelines for special projects in collaboration with the design team
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (Bac +5) from a business school or equivalent university education
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience, preferably in the luxury sector or Visual Merchandising department
- Strong organizational skills, proactivity, and ability to anticipate operational challenges
- Fluency in French and English (spoken and written)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite
- Excellent interpersonal and team collaboration skills in an international context

Minimum 5 years of professional experience, ideally within the luxury sector or specifically in a Visual Merchandising department. Prior exposure to administrative logistics, supply chain coordination, or international trade operations is highly valued.
