Visual Merchandising Manager for Christian Dior Couture in London. Lead Northern Europe VM strategy across luxury boutiques and concessions. Full-time, permanent role.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead the Northern Europe Visual Merchandising team while maintaining consistent standards across all retail points of sale
  • Execute and implement visual directives from Paris headquarters across Northern Europe boutiques and department store concessions
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with boutique and concession management teams to align visual merchandising with business strategy and sales objectives
  • Oversee Northern Europe Visual Merchandising budgets in coordination with the Head of Finance
  • Source and manage suppliers for visual merchandising implementation and production in alignment with Paris guidelines and budget constraints
  • Organize and deliver comprehensive Visual Merchandising training programs for ambassadors across boutiques and concessions
  • Plan, execute, and manage seasonal window scheme changeovers across the region
  • Commission and oversee the manufacture of visual merchandising tools as required
  • Maintain current database of visual merchandising tools to track location and storage status
  • Plan seasonal window décor for all product categories in liaison with the Paris-based Design team and local suppliers
  • Oversee all visual merchandising implementation for UK events and special initiatives
  • Report weekly to Paris headquarters on all visual merchandising activities and performance metrics
  • Guide and mentor Visual Merchandising Ambassadors in executing visual standards, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing to maintain Dior's excellence

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5–10 years of professional Visual Merchandising experience within a multi-category luxury fashion house
  • Proven track record leading and managing experienced visual merchandising teams
  • Demonstrated ability to manage visual merchandising productions and financial budgets
  • Strong knowledge of fashion trends, window décor design, and building techniques and materials
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and InDesign systems preferred
  • Back office management experience required
