Visual Merchandising Manager at Christian Dior Couture, New York. Temporary, full-time role leading East Coast VM execution and retail display strategy.
Role & Responsibilities
- Liaise with Global VM teams and manage the planning, organization, and execution of all VM guidelines through product placement, window and creative installations, and mannequin styling
- Adapt displays based on individual store architecture and requirements, incorporating local market needs and business trends while maintaining brand aesthetic
- Analyze weekly business results with Retail management to develop and implement strategic VM initiatives that drive regional and zonal performance
- Conduct regular store visits to provide coaching, feedback, and professional development support to Store Management teams
- Maintain consistent communication with regional VM teams through calls, photographic documentation, performance recaps, and display feedback
- Embody the Dior brand through an optimistic, collaborative, and professional demeanor while leading within a dynamic retail environment
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of visual merchandising experience, preferably including management background
- Demonstrated expertise in display composition, balance, color theory, and photography
- Exceptional interpersonal and people management skills with proven cross-functional collaboration abilities
- Strong presentation and communication capabilities with a demonstrated commitment to excellence
- Ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences including executives, B2B partners, and retail teams
- Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Flexibility to accommodate retail scheduling including evening, overnight, early morning, weekend, and holiday shifts

Experience
Minimum 5 years of progressive visual merchandising experience, preferably with management responsibilities and demonstrated leadership within retail environments.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; further education in visual merchandising, design, or related field is advantageous but not required.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to USD 100,000 per annum.
