Visual Merchandising Manager role at Christian Dior Couture in New York with $100K–$110K salary plus bonus.
Role & Responsibilities
- Build and maintain cross-functional support networks to ensure visual merchandising installations, rotations, and maintenance efforts are coordinated with boutique management, category leaders, and operations teams
- Plan and execute seasonal collection launches, window displays, business-related rotations, and in-store event setups across Women's, Men's, Fine Jewelry & Watches, Maison, and Spa categories
- Develop and implement systems and structures for display maintenance with meticulous attention to detail and accountability to uphold brand integrity and excellence standards
- Lead and develop a team of three VM Specialists through training, career development, and coaching to foster ownership and alignment across all visual merchandising efforts
- Coordinate regular walk-throughs and participate in morning meetings to address merchandising concerns, ensure compliance with guidelines, and communicate adaptations to directives
- Communicate weekly schedules, guidelines, and future planning to all teams involved to ensure full visibility, maintain accountability, and build trust with boutique and corporate partners
- Maintain close partnerships with Central HQ Image Team and local category VM leaders across all product universes
- Manage inventory, handle, care, and organize display props and materials to ensure maintenance, upkeep, and accuracy of records
Qualifications
- 5+ years of visual merchandising experience in a luxury or specialty retail environment
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proven ability to lead, develop, and train teams while building strong professional relationships
- Strong understanding and commitment to Dior brand image and heritage
- Ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels, including HQ, corporate, and retail
- Proficiency in following company policies and procedures
- Demonstrated capability to manage complex schedules and prioritize business needs while balancing team capacity
