Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the visual merchandising strategy for seasonal collection launches, windows, in‑store rotations and event set‑ups across Women’s, Men’s, Fine Jewelry & Watches, Maison and Spa universes.
  • Lead, mentor and manage a team of VM Specialists (team of three), including training, scheduling, performance management and career development.
  • Coordinate cross‑functional planning with Boutique Management, Category Leaders, Operations and Central HQ Image Team to ensure timely installations, rotations and display maintenance.
  • Plan and communicate weekly schedules, guidelines and future visual plans to all stakeholders to ensure full visibility and accountability.
  • Create and maintain systems for display upkeep, prop care and inventory control, ensuring brand integrity and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Conduct store walkthroughs, participate in morning meetings, and address merchandising concerns with pragmatic adaptations to business needs and corporate directives.
  • Manage occasional overnight, weekend and holiday activity required for installations and launches.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of visual merchandising experience in luxury or specialty retail with demonstrable attention to detail.
  • Proven experience managing and developing small teams of VM specialists or comparable retail staff.
  • Strong organizational, planning and project‑management skills with the ability to prioritize business needs and team capacity.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to liaise effectively with HQ, corporate and retail stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of luxury brand image standards and the ability to enforce and translate guidelines across retail environments.
  • Professional demeanor with the ability to follow company policies and represent the Maison at a senior level.

Experience
