Role & Responsibilities
- Define and execute the visual merchandising strategy for the House of Dior Beverly Hills, aligning seasonal collection launches, window schemes and in‑store displays with brand directives and commercial objectives.
- Lead and mentor a team of three Visual Merchandising Specialists, establishing standards for installation, rotations, maintenance and prop care while supporting career development.
- Coordinate cross‑functional planning with boutique management, category leaders, operations and Central HQ Image Team to ensure seamless delivery of VM projects and events.
- Manage the scheduling and logistics of installs, overnight changeovers, weekend and holiday rotations, communicating plans and updates to all stakeholders for full visibility.
- Own display maintenance processes, prop inventory and documentation to ensure brand integrity, visual consistency and accountability across Women’s, Men’s, Fine Jewelry & Watches, Maison and Spa universes.
- Drive a data‑driven partnership with retail and commercial teams to balance aesthetic standards with business needs and to adapt guidelines where required.
- Conduct regular walkthroughs and participate in morning meetings to foster alignment, ownership and prompt resolution of merchandising issues.
- Develop training materials and deliver on‑the‑floor coaching to elevate VM capability and ensure consistent execution at boutique level.
Qualifications
- Minimum five years of visual merchandising experience in luxury or specialty retail, with a proven track record of delivering high‑impact displays.
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing small teams with the ability to develop talent and foster accountability.
- Exceptional planning and organizational skills, with the capacity to prioritize business needs while managing team workload and tight schedules.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to liaise effectively with HQ, corporate and retail stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and high standards for brand image, presentation and prop care.
- Flexible availability for overnight installs, weekends and holidays as required by retail operations.

Experience
Minimum 5 years of visual merchandising experience in a luxury or specialty retail environment, including team leadership and delivery of multi‑category displays (e.g., Women’s, Men’s, Fine Jewelry & Watches).
Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Visual Merchandising, Fashion, Retail Management, Interior Design or a related field preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 95,000 to USD 110,000 per annum.
